PAYMENT

We gladly accept customer's American Express, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal, Visa, and personal checks. At order submission, buyer information submitted and contained within the Billing Address shall designate sole customer for order. Orders shall be processed upon the receiving and acceptance of funds and/or credit. All monetary denominations displayed or implied within this site are in United States (US) currency only. Copper Jungle reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel any product order at Copper Jungle's sole discretion, including but not limited to mailbox order quantities and/or terms deemed excessive by us. Request for order changes by customer, after original order submission, shall be considered a request for a new and separate order.

SHIPPING

Prior to and during packaging, in order to ensure high quality, all mailboxes and other products are subjected to a final multipoint inspection. Upon acceptance by us, all of our individually handcrafted products are shipped free to final destinations in the continental United States via FedEx (Federal Express). Products are also shipped free to final international destinations via USPS Global Express. Tracking numbers are provided on every customer's order status page. The link to the order status page is automatically emailed to each customer after completing the checkout process. A second email is automatically sent to the customer as the order ships. Mailboxes and other products ship within 12 business days from when order was submitted. Rarely, if ever, do outside factors necessitate the need for extra time. In these cases, usually 2 extra business days is all that is necessary.

RETURNS

Should it be necessary to return an unused mailbox and accessories for any reason, please have them returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus a restocking charge of 20%. Please utilize original packaging method and material to prevent any damage to unused mailbox and accessories. Contact us at help@copperjungle.com for assistance with your return. As a courtesy, if orders for mailboxes and accessories are cancelled by customer within 24 hours from when order was originally submitted, the restocking charge shall not apply. Mailboxes that are returnable, as specified herein, are to be sent shipment prepaid to Copper Jungle, 3142 Maurepas, New Orleans, LA 70119 USA.
